Sesame Baked Salmon

1 1/2lb.salmon filet,

2Tbsp.cider vinegar, sauce,


1tsp.vegetable oil,

1tsp.spicy brown mustard or horseradish mustard,

1/8tsp.ground ginger,

2Tbsp.sesame seeds, toasted,

3Green onions sliced,


1Place salmon in a shallow dish. Combine vinegar, soy sauce, honey, oil, mustard and ginger; pour over salmon. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning once. Drain and discard marinade.

2Bake the salmon, uncovered at 425°F for 15 - 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
