Ingredients

24 fresh jalapeno pepper,

1 (8 ounce) package Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese,

1 (8 ounce) package Hill Country Fare Cooked Shrimp, thawed & chopped,

1/2 cup Fischer & Wieser Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce,

6 slices jalapeno or peppercorn bacon, cut into 1/4 strips,

Directions

1 Heat your grill or oven to 350 degrees F.

2 Cut the tops off of the jalapeño peppers; remove seeds and membranes using a sharp-pointed paring knife. (Use gloves to protect fingers.) Set peppers aside.

3 Combine the cream cheese, chopped shrimp, and raspberry chipotle sauce in a food processor or blender bowl. Process the mixture to a chunky texture.

4 Place mixture in a quart-size plastic storage bag. Cut a 1/2-inch corner off the bottom of the bag and squeeze the mixture into each pepper. Wrap 1/4 strip of bacon across the top and pierce with a toothpick to secure. Insert the jalapeños into a TexasStyle® Happy Jalapeño Grill. Bake or grill (see Oven Method or Grill Method below) for 35 to 40 minutes.
