1(8 oz.) pkg.softened cream cheese: regular, low calorie or fat free,
1/3c.H-E-B Fresh Catch Cucumber Dill Sauce (available in the seafood department),
4tsp.chopped fresh dill or 2 tsp. dried dill,
1(7 oz.) pkg.round appetizer crackers,
1(4 oz.) pkg.smoked salmon cut into 1-inch square slices,
1Combine cream cheese, cucumber dill sauce, onions and dill in a small bowl. Season to taste with 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
2Spread 1 tablespoon herbed cream cheese on each cracker and top with a thin slice of smoked salmon.
