1 to 1 1/2lb.Tuna Steaks, cut 1-inch thick,
3/4 to 1cupGolden Dip Ginger Teriyaki Marinade,
1Marinate tuna steaks in a shallow glass dish or on a plate 10 to 30 minutes (while you prepare the grill), turning occasionally to coat both sides.
2To grill tuna steaks: Heat charcoal 30 minutes until coals are covered with a light layer of gray ash, or heat gas grill 10 minutes with lid closed.
3Oil grill grate well to prevent fish from sticking.
4Grill tuna 5 minutes per side over Medium coals (see note) or until a meat thermometer inserted horizontally into the steaks reads 135 degrees F for Medium-Rare.
5Baste with fresh marinade while cooking, if desired.
6Cut grilled tuna into 4 portions and serve immediately.
7TO bake tuna steaks: Heat oven to 425°F and cook steaks on a baking sheet 10 minutes per 1-inch of thickness.
