2poundstiger shrimp, peeled and deveined,
*juice of 2 oranges,
*salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste,
1Combine sauce ingredients, pour over shrimp in a glass baking dish, and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
2Remove shrimp from marinade and place on a greased grill topper. Pour marinade into a small saucepan and heat to a boil.
3Grill shrimp over hot coals for 4 minutes per side. Brush with garlic sauce while cooking. Spoon any remaining sauce over shrimp and serve.
