2 pounds tiger shrimp, peeled and deveined,
6 cloves garlic, minced,
6 tablespoon olive oil,
* juice of 2 oranges,
2 tablespoon chopped parsley,
* salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste,
1 Combine sauce ingredients, pour over shrimp in a glass baking dish, and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
2 Remove shrimp from marinade and place on a greased grill topper. Pour marinade into a small saucepan and heat to a boil.
3 Grill shrimp over hot coals for 4 minutes per side. Brush with garlic sauce while cooking. Spoon any remaining sauce over shrimp and serve.
