1/4cupH-E-B Olive Oil,
6(4 ounces each)fresh white Fish Fillets, about 1 inch thick,
1(16 ounce) jarH-E-B Chipotle Salsa,
1c.H-E-B Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese,
1Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375 degrees F).
2Oil hot grill with olive oil to prevent sticking. You can also use a fish fillet grilling holder.
3Brush fish with olive oil and chipotle salsa. Grill fish for 5 minutes per side.
4While fish is grilling, place chipotle salsa in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and microwave on High power for 2 minutes; set aside.
5Serve each grilled fish fillet with 3 tablespoons each of heated chipotle salsa and shredded cheese.
