1poundfresh mushrooms, sliced,
3/4cupchopped fresh onion,
2tablespoonbutter or margarine,
4medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced,
1/4cupfresh lemon juice,
1tablespoonfresh dill, chopped,
1/4teaspoonliquid hot pepper sauce,
1In medium skillet, sauti mushrooms and onions in butter until tender.
2In 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, combine mushroom mixture, potatoes, lemon juice, dill, salt and hot pepper sauce; mix well.
3Cover with aluminum foil.
4Bake in 400 degrees oven for 30 minutes.
5Meanwhile, split fish fillets in half lengthwise, season with salt and pepper; roll up.
6Wash broccoli and remove the large leaves and tough parts of the stalks.
7Cut into serving pieces.
8Remove baking dish from oven.
9Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.
10Arrange fillets and broccoli over potatoes.
11Add water and cover.
12Return to oven and bake 25 minutes longer, or until fish flakes easily with a fork and vegetables are tender
