Crispy Fish Tacos

112 ounce packagebattered fish tenders,

112 count packagetaco shells,

1/2headlettuce, shredded,

2medium tomatoes, chopped,

1small onion, chopped (optional),

2cupsH-E-B shredded cheddar cheese,


1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook fish fillets according to package directions and set aside.

2Remove taco shells from package and place on baking sheet. Carefully separate taco shells and overlap edges. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.

3Place one fish fillet in each taco shell and top with lettuce, tomato, onion and H-E-B shredded cheddar cheese
