Classic Tuna Casserole

18 ounce packageH-E-B dry egg noodles,

26 ounce packagesH-E-B albacore tuna pouch, drained and flaked,

110.75 ounce canHill Country Fare cream of mushroom soup,

1 1/2cupsH-E-B frozen peas,

14 ounce jarHarvest Moon diced pimientos, drained,

13 ounce canHill Country Fare real fried onions,


1Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9 X 13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

2Cook the noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.

3Combine the tuna, cream of mushroom soup, peas with liquid, drained pimientos and noodles in a large mixing bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour tuna noodle mixture into prepared baking dish.

4Sprinkle the Hill Country Fare real fried onions along the outside edges of the casserole. Cover casserole with foil and bake on center rack for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 10 more minutes or until the tuna mixture is bubbly and the onions are crisp.
