1 1/2poundshalibut steaks, cut 1-inch thick,
*non-stick cooking spray,
*salt and black pepper,
110.5 ounce jarroasted sweet pepper strips, drained well,
3/4cupreduced fat mayonnaise,
1/4teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes,
1/2cupcrushed seasoned croutons,
1Heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a large baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2Season halibut with salt and pepper and lay in baking pan.
3Combined drained pepper strips, mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
4Spread mixture evenly over top of fillets and sprinkle with crushed croutons.
5Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish has turned from translucent to opaque and is just beginning to flake in the center. Serve immediately.
