1 1/2poundsmahi-mahi fillets,
13 ounce tubH-E-B Great Catch Asian Splash,
18 ounce candiced water chestnuts, drained,
2large green onions, coarsely chopped,
*salt and pepper,
1Heat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13?inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
2Cut fillets into 4 portions. Lay fillets in dish. Spread Cajun Splash over fish. Top with water chestnuts and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
3Bake 10 to 20 minutes or until fish turns from translucent to opaque (white) and begins to flake when tested with a fork. Serve immediately.
