6 Lipton Bavarian Wild Berry Pyramid Tea Bags,
1 H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Shallot, sliced,
2 Tbsp. H-E-B White Wine Vinegar,
4 Tbsp. H-E-B Sugar,
1 tsp. H-E-B Dijon Mustard,
1/3 cup Bertolli® Olive Oil,
1 bag (5 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® Spring Mixed Greens,
2 H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Sliced Red Onion Rings, separated,
2 fresh naval oranges, peeled, thin sliced & halved,
1/4 cup H-E-B Crumbled Feta Cheese, regular or reduced fat,
1/2 cup toasted pecans,
1 Combine 1/2 cup boiling water and 6 Lipton Tea Bags in a glass bowl and allow to brew 5 minutes. Lift tea bags, squeeze over bowl and discard. Let concentrated tea cool.
2 Combine the cool tea, sliced shallots, vinegar, sugar and mustard in a blender or food processor bowl. Process the dressing and slowly add the olive oil. Season the dressing with salt and pepper if desired. Set dressing aside in a bowl.
3 Arrange the Spring Mix in a salad platter or bowl and top with the onion rings, orange slices, feta cheese and pecans. Cover with plastic wrap and keep chilled until ready to serve. To serve, toss salad and serve with dressing.
