6H-E-B premium raspberry hibiscus tea bags,

1H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® shallot sliced,

2TablespoonsH-E-B white wine vinegar,

4teaspoonsH-E-B sugar,

1teaspoonH-E-B dijon mustard,

1/3cupH-E-B extra virgin olive oil,

*Salt & pepper to taste,


1bag (5 oz.)H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® spring mixed greens,

2slicesH-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® sliced red onion rings separated,

2largeFresh navel oranges, peeled thin sliced & halved,

1/2cupH-E-B crumbled feta cheese regular or reduced fat,

1/2cup toasted pecans,


1Combine 1/2 cup BOILING WATER and 6 H-E-B Premium Raspberry Hibiscus Tea Bags in a glass bowl and brew 5 minutes. Lift tea bags, squeeze tea bags over bowl and discard. Let concentrated tea cool.

2 Combine the cool tea, sliced shallots, vinegar, sugar and Dijon mustard in a blender or food processor bowl. Process the dressing and slowly add the olive oil. Season the dressing with salt and pepper if desired. Set dressing aside in a bowl.
