1Finely shred 1 tablespoon orange peel; reserve.
2Peel and section orange.
3Using a food processor or grinder, process or grind orange sections and cranberries. (If using a food processor, process half at a time.)
4Stir in sugar, water, walnuts, and orange peel.
5Cover and store in refrigerator up to 6 weeks or freeze up to 6 months.
