1 1/2cupdiced ripe mango,

1/4cupchopped red onion,

1/4cupchopped red bell pepper,

1/4cupdiced tomato,

1/4cupchopped fresh cilantro,

1scallion or green onion, chopped,

1/4teaspoonsalt,

1/4 tsp.cumin,

1/8teaspooncayenne pepper,

1jalapeno, finely chopped,

1clovegarlic, crushed and minced,

3tablespoonlime juice,

Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Toss with oil and lemon juice mixture.
