Ingredients
1 1/2 cup diced ripe mango,
1/4 cup chopped red onion,
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper,
1/4 cup diced tomato,
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro,
1 scallion or green onion, chopped,
1/4 teaspoon salt,
1/4 tsp. cumin,
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper,
1 jalapeno, finely chopped,
1 clove garlic, crushed and minced,
3 tablespoon lime juice,
Directions
1 Mix all ingredients.
2 Toss with oil and lemon juice mixture.
3 Serve immediately
