1(16 ounce) jarH-E-B Harvest Moon Heart of Palm, drained & thin sliced,
1(6 ounce) bagbaby spinach leaves or spring mix salad,
1(4 ounce) jarH-E-B Harvest Moon Diced Pimientos, drained,
1cupH-E-B Mexican or Italian Blend Shredded Cheese,
1/2cupHill Country Fare Thousand Island Salad Dressing,
1Cut heart of palms in half and set aside. Spread baby spinach leaves in salad platter or 6 individual salad plates. Arrange tomato wedges in pairs in platter or two per salad plate. Stack 3 heart of palm sections in center of tomato wedges. Top salad with diced pimientos and shredded cheese.
2Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or more. Top salad with Thousand Island dressing before serving.
