1/2cupHill Country Fare Walnut Pieces,
1/4cupSugar or 6 packets H-E-B BetterSweet,
1bag (16 oz.)H-E-B Frozen Sweet Pineapple Chunks, thawed,
1jar (12 oz.)H-E-B Harvest Moon Mandarin Orange Sections, drained,
1bag (5 oz.)H-E-B Ready Fresh Go!® Baby Spinach,
1Heat skillet over high heat for 2 minutes. Add walnuts, sugar, and cranberries and reduce heat to medium. Stir the mixture frequently until sugar melts and glazes walnuts and cranberries (about 5 minutes). Place mixture on a sheet of foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and cool.
2 Combine pineapple chunks and drained mandarin orange sections in a large salad bowl. Top the pineapple mixture with salad greens. Cover salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
3 Sprinkle the glazed walnuts and cranberries on top of the mixed salad greens, toss gently, and serve. Dressing is not required.
