Festive Tuna Salad

26 ounce cansStarkist tuna in spring water, drained,

4hard boiled H-E-B eggs, peeled and chopped,

3celery ribs, chopped finely,

114.5 ounce canH-E-B veri green peas,

14 ounce jarH-E-B harvest moon diced pimientos, drained,

1/2cupKraft mayonnaise, regular, low fat, or fat free,


1Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or more.

2Serve in sandwiches, over lettuce and tomato wedges, or with fruit.
