Cranberry Pineapple Holiday Salad

1/2cupsliced almonds,

1cupH-E-B Harvest Moon Triple Cranberry Sauce,


1(20 ounces) canHill Country Fare Pineapple Chunks, drained,

1(10 ounce) canH-E-B Harvest Moon Mandarin Orange Sections, drained,

1(10 ounce) bagmixed salad greens (6 cups),


1Heat a skillet over high heat for 2 minutes. Add almonds and sugar to hot skillet, reduce heat to medium high. Stir almonds constantly until sugar melts and glazes almonds to a golden brown (about 2 minutes). Place glazed almonds on a sheet of foil to cool.

2Combine whole cranberry sauce, drained pineapple chunks, and drained mandarin orange sections in a large salad bowl. Top cranberry mixture with mixed salad greens. Cover salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes or more.

3Before serving, sprinkle glazed almonds on top of mixed salad greens and toss gently to mix ingredients.Salad dressing is not required.
