1packageH-E-B Teriyaki Chicken Breasts or boneless, skinless chicken breasts, fully cooked,
2tablespoonwhite wine vinegar,
1teaspoonsesame oil (optional),
12cupssalad greens, washed and slivered or shredded,
2cupschow mien noodles or 1 package ramen,
1 to 2cupsslivered carrot or celery,
1/2cuptoasted almonds or peanuts,
2 to 4tablespoonchopped green onion,
1Cook chicken in a skillet or on a grill according to package directions. Cut into slivers.
2Mix the dressing ingredients in the bottom of salad bowl. Whisk together.
3Add remaining ingredients, including chicken.
4Toss together and serve right away.
