1 package H-E-B Teriyaki Chicken Breasts or boneless, skinless chicken breasts, fully cooked,
3 tablespoon soy sauce,
2 tablespoon brown sugar,
2 tablespoon white wine vinegar,
1/3 cup vegetable oil,
1/4 teaspoon dry ginger,
1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional),
12 cups salad greens, washed and slivered or shredded,
2 cups chow mien noodles or 1 package ramen,
1 to 2 cups slivered carrot or celery,
1/2 cup toasted almonds or peanuts,
2 to 4 tablespoon chopped green onion,
1 Cook chicken in a skillet or on a grill according to package directions. Cut into slivers.
2 Mix the dressing ingredients in the bottom of salad bowl. Whisk together.
3 Add remaining ingredients, including chicken.
4 Toss together and serve right away.
