1bag (12 oz.)H-E-B Fully Cooked® Chicken Breast Seasoned for Fajitas,

2 to 3hard-boiled eggs, chopped,

1bag (16 oz.)H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® Garden Salad,

1bottleH-E-B Texas Twists® Creamy Avocado Dressing,

2tomatoes, cut into wedges,

1green, red or yellow bell pepper,

1c.H-E-B Fancy Shredded Colby Jack Cheese,

¼c.toasted sunflower kernels,


1Microwave chicken according to package directions; cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel hard-boiled eggs; chop finely.

2Place salad greens in a large bowl; toss with creamy avocado dressing. Divide salad onto individual plates.

3Arrange chicken, tomato and bell pepper over salad. Sprinkle with chopped egg, shredded cheese and sunflower kernels.
