Ingredients

1 bag (12 oz.) H-E-B Fully Cooked® Chicken Breast Seasoned for Fajitas,

2 to 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped,

1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® Garden Salad,

1 bottle H-E-B Texas Twists® Creamy Avocado Dressing,

2 tomatoes, cut into wedges,

1 green, red or yellow bell pepper,

1 c. H-E-B Fancy Shredded Colby Jack Cheese,

¼ c. toasted sunflower kernels,

Directions

1 Microwave chicken according to package directions; cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel hard-boiled eggs; chop finely.

2 Place salad greens in a large bowl; toss with creamy avocado dressing. Divide salad onto individual plates.

3 Arrange chicken, tomato and bell pepper over salad. Sprinkle with chopped egg, shredded cheese and sunflower kernels.
