Ingredients

2largeGranny Smith or Pink Lady apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced,

*juice of 1 lemon,

1bag (5 oz.)H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Spring Mix Greens,

1/4cupH-E-B Reduced Fat Feta Cheese,

1/2cupHill Country Fare Walnut Pieces,

1/2cupH-E-B Texas Twist Fat Free Vinaigrette Salad Dressing,

Directions

1Toss apples in lemon juice and drain. Layer apple slices, salad greens, cheese, and walnuts in a large salad bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or until ready to serve.

2Before serving, toss salad and add salad dressing to taste.
