1unbaked pizza crust (16 inches),
2tsp.extra virgin olive oil,
3Tbsp.basil leaves, chopped,
1pkg. (8 oz.)H-E-B Shredded Mozzarella Cheese,
2largeroma tomatoes, thin sliced,
1cup each:H-E-B Harvest Moon™ Sliced Mushrooms and Pimiento Strips,
1canHill Country Fare Sliced Black Olives,
1Heat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
2Place the pizza crust in the pan and brush with olive oil and sprinkle with the fresh chopped basil leaves.
3 Top pizza crust with half of the shredded cheese, the sliced tomatoes, mushrooms, pimientos, olives and remaining cheese.
4 Bake the pizza on the lower oven rack for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese bubbles and begins to brown. Cut pizza into 8 slices and serve.
