1pkg. (16 oz.)frozen H-E-B chopped Spinach,

12Hill Country Fare jumbo cheese stuffed shells,

1cupH-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® chopped onion,

1jar (1 lb. 10 oz.)H-E-B marinara sauce,

1/4cupH-E-B italian shredded romano cheese,

1/3cupChopped parsley or basil,


1Heat oven to 425 F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

2Thaw spinach in microwave for 4 minutes on 50% power; set aside. Arrange shells in a single layer in prepared baking dish. Evenly layerthe spinach and chopped onion over shells. Pour marinara sauce over spinach and shells. Top with grated Romano cheese and parsley.

3Bake for 35-40 minutes or until sauce is bubbly
