14.5 ounce packageH-E-B original hot smoked salmon,
19 ounce packagefresh fettucini,
110 ounce containerContadina alfredo sauce, regular or light,
2tablespoonsshredded or grated parmesan cheese,
1Bring 3 quarts water to a boil in a 4 to 5-quart pot over high heat to cook pasta.
2Remove skin from salmon. Put salmon in a 1-quart saucepan and flake apart with a fork.
3Pour Alfredo sauce over salmon and warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally. When sauce boils, remove from heat and cover to keep warm.
4Boil pasta 2 minutes or until al dente. Drain thoroughly. Return pasta to cooking pot. Toss withsauce to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve immediately
