Broccoli-Noodle Parmesan Bake

4cups(8 oz) wide egg noodles, uncooked,

2tbsp.butter or margarine,

1can(10 1/2 oz) cream of mushroom condensed soup,

1cup( 4 oz) shredded mozzarella or shredded cheddar cheese,

1/2cupgrated parmesan cheese,

1bag(16 oz) frozen HCF broccoli cuts,


1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

2In a large cooking pot, cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.

3Using the same cooking pot, add soup, cheeses, frozen broccoli and cooked noodles mixture; stir to combine.

4Pour into prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
