Sweet Chili Chicken Stir-Fry

2cupsinstant long grain rice,

1(6 oz.) canHill Country Fare 98% Fat Free Premium Chunk Breast of Chicken, drained,

1tsp.sesame oil,

1/4cupsweet chili sauce,

2Tbsps.canola oil,

4cupsHill Country Fare Asian Stir-Fry Blend,


1Prepare instant long grain rice according to package directions and keep warm.

2Meanwhile, combine sliced chicken and sesame oil in a large bowl and toss to coat.

3Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat for 2 minutes. Add oil-marinated chicken and stir-fry over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes until chicken is thoroughly heated. Place cooked chicken in small bowl and add sweet chili sauce; set aside and keep warm.

4Using the same skillet, heat over high heat and add canola oil. Stir-fry Hill Country Fare Asian Stir-Fry Vegetables for 4 minutes to desired tenderness.

5In a large serving platter, layer cooked rice, stir-fried vegetables, and sweet chili chicken
