1box ( 6 oz.)Chicken flavored stuffing mix,
1cntr. (8 oz.)Spinach dip,
4Boneless skinless chicken breasts,
*salt & pepper,
1Combine stuffing mix, dip, pecans, raisins and broth in a large bowl. Mix well and set aside.
2On a clean cutting board, butterfly chicken breast. Fill chicken with 2 - 3 tablespoons of stuffing mix. Repeat until all 4 breasts are filled.
3Place chicken in a prepared baking dish and season with salt & pepper. Bake at 350°F for 30 - 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 175F.
4While chicken is baking, prepare Béarnaise sauce according to package instructions. Pour sauce over baked chicken and serve.
