1 tbsp. cooking oil,
1 package (7 oz) fideo or cut vermicelli,
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies,
1 package (16 oz) HEB fully cooked beef for stew,
1 Heat a large skillet on high heat for 2 minutes.
2 Add cooking oil and vermicelli.
3 Stir-fry until vermicelli is a light golden brown (about 2 minutes).
4 Add diced tomatoes, beef stew and 3/4 cup water; stir.
5 Cover and lower heat to medium low for 10 minutes.
6 Serve hot
