1jarTexas Two-Step Tomatillo & Green Chile Stew Mix,
1carton (32 ounce)Central Market Organics Chicken Broth,
1/2cupAdams Reserve Mirepoix,
1bag (10-count)fresh H-E-B Tortillas from Bakery,
1Cut chicken into bite-size or 1/2-inch pieces.
2Heat a 5 to 6-quart pot over Medium-High heat; add oil. Brown diced chicken in oil about 5 minutes.
3Stir in stew mix, broth and mirepoix. Bring mixture to a boil.
4Reduce heat to Medium; simmer 20 minutes, uncovered.
5Meanwhile, cut tortillas into 1-inch squares (a pizza cutter works well for this). Sprinkle tortilla squares over top of stew; simmer 5 more minutes and serve.
