2cupsH-E-B Instant Long Grain Rice,

4frozen Hill Country Fare boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed,

3tablespoonssesame seed oil,

2tablespoonschopped fresh ginger,

3tablespoonssoy sauce,

1cupchopped green onion,


1Prepare rice according to package directions and keep warm.

2Meanwhile, in a medium-size skillet over medium heat, lightly brown the chicken breast 5 minutes on each side. Add ginger, soy sauce and 1/2 cup of green onions to chicken breasts and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve over cooked rice
