Ingredients

1poundboneless Pork Sirloin Chops, cut 1/2-inch thick,

1teaspoonMorton & Bassett Chinese Five Spice,

1cupWorld Art Foods Asian Plum Sauce,

2tablespoonssoy sauce, divided,

1tablespoonsesame oil,

2tablespoonsMorton & Bassett Sesame Seeds, toasted,

2fresh or canned pineapple rings, cut into bite-size pieces,

Directions

1Season pork chops on both sides with Chinese five spice, salt and pepper; set aside.

2Heat a large skillet 2 minutes over Medium-High heat; add 1 tablespoon each of plum sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. Tilt skillet or wok to coat. Cook pork in skillet 5 minutes per side; reduce heat to Medium if skillet gets too hot. While pork cooks, toast sesame seeds in a separate small skillet 3 to 5 minutes over Medium heat.

3Return skillet to Medium-Low heat; add remaining Asian Plum Sauce and 1-tablespoon soy sauce. Scrape bottom of skillet to loosen and stir in any browned bits left in skillet. Simmer sauce 5 minutes, uncovered, to Remove chops to a platter; set aside to cool slightly. thicken and reduce slightly.

4Meanwhile, cut pork chops into thin slices; add pork and pineapple to sauce in skillet, along with any juices from until pork is desired degree of doneness. Sprinkle with pork that accumulated on platter. Simmer 1 minute or sesame seeds and serve immediately.
