Salsa Rotisserie Chicken Sub Sandwich

1/2cupH-E-B mayonnaisa,

6 to 8lettuce leaves,

1poundthin sliced rotisserie chicken,

1/2pounddeli sliced H-E-B cheddar or pepper jack cheese,

2H-E-B Fresher Lasting avocado halves, sliced,

1cupH-E-B Fresher Lasting salsa,

1H-E-B bakery ciabata bread, sliced lengthwise and toasted,


1Place toasted bread on cutting board. Sandwich is cut into 2 x 3-inch portions and placed on large platter. Spread mayonnaisa on each half. Layer lettuce on each half.

2Arrange sliced deli rotisserie chicken, cheese, avocado and salsa on one half. Top the sandwich with remaining half and secure with long toothpicks.

3Slice sub sandwich in half lengthwise and then each half into 6 to 8 smaller sandwiches. Keep toothpick on each sandwich to secure.
