1(10.5 oz.) canHill Country Fare Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup,
1/2cupdry bread crumbs,
1/2cupshredded Monterey Jack cheese,
4skinless, boneless chicken breast halves,
1/3cupmild or medium chunky salsa,
1Combine soup and water; reserve 1/2 cup. Spray a shallow baking pan with nonstick spray. Combine bread crumbs and cheese.
2Dip chicken in the 1/2 cup reserved soup mixture; place in baking pan. Top chicken with crumb mixture, pressing to adhere; spray lightly with nonstick spray. Bake at 375 degrees, 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
3Meanwhile, combine remaining soup mixture with salsa, heat. Serve as a sauce over the chicken
