*Morton & Bassett Whole Black Peppercorns, ground,
3/4cupPineapple H-E-B More Fruit,
1/3cupKame Oyster Sauce,
1/2teaspoonMorton & Bassett Sesame Seeds,
1Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
2Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops 2 minutes per side.
3Blend More Fruit and oyster sauce in a small bowl; pour over chops and reduce heat to medium-low. Cover skillet and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until chops reach an internal temperature of 150 to 155 degrees.
4Remove from heat and let stand, covered, 2 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
