1poundturkey breast milanesa, cut 1/4-inch thick,
1/2tablespoonsHill Country Fare Vegetable Oil,
1jar (12 oz.)Goldwater's® Paradise Pineapple Salsa,
1Season turkey with garlic salt and pepper. Dust both sides lightly with flour; shake off excess.
2Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over Medium-High heat. Cook turkey 1 to 2 minutes per side. Do not crowd skillet; cook in 2 batches, if necessary, and add more oil to skillet between batches. Remove turkey to a plate. Do not over cook.
3Pour salsa into same skillet. Stir and heat; scrape bottom of skillet with cooking spoon to loosen and stir in any browned bits.
