1 to 1/4poundslean ground turkey,
2/3cupPepperidge Farm Herb-Seasoned Stuffing,
1/2cupchopped green onions with tops,
1/3cupcoarsely chopped dried cranberries,
1egg, lightly beaten,
2tablespoonsdry white wine,
1teaspooneach: salt and ground black pepper,
*non-stick cooking spray,
1Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2Spray a large baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3Chop green onions.
4Coarsely chop cranberries.
5Lightly beat egg in medium bowl and combine with turkey, stuffing, green onions, cranberries, wine, salt and pepper.
6Divide and shape mixture into 4 loaves and place in baking pan.
7Bake 30 minutes. Cool slightly, slice and serve.
