Ingredients

1/4c.Texas Two-Step Pecos 83 BBQ Marinade,

1pkg.H-E-B Natural Angus Beef Skirt Steaks or Fajitas,

1Tbsp.Adam's Reserve Rub, variety of your choice,

1/2 - 1c.Texas on the Plate Soppin' Sauce,

•flour tortillas,

Suggested toppings: fresh pico de gallo, guacamole and shredded cheese,

Directions

1Drizzle Pecos 83 Marinade over skirt steaks. Let stand 15 or 20 minutes.

2Season steaks with Adams Reserve Rub.

3Grill fajitas according to time and temperature directions on packaging. Cook to desired degree of doneness; brush with Soppin' Sauce after turning to second side and again after removing from grill.

4Slice steaks thinly, across the grain, and serve in hot flour tortillas with toppings of your choice.
