1cupH-E-B Fresher Lasting salsa,
1can (10 oz.)H-E-B premium chunk breast of chicken drained & flaked,
2H-E-B Fresher Lasting jumbo avocado halves each cut into 5 slices,
1/2cupH-E-B Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese,
10H-E-B low carbohydrate flour tortillas,
1Spread 2 Tablespoons of salsa on each Low Carbohydrate Flour tortilla. Arrange 2 Tablespoons HEB Premium Chunk Breast of Chicken down the center of each tortilla, 1 slice of avocado, 1/4 cup shredded lettuce and 2 Tablespoons Mexican Blend shredded cheese.
2Roll and press the tortilla gently and wrap in plastic wrap or secure with 2 toothpicks.
3Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut each chicken roll in half on the diagonal and serve
