1 1/2poundsboneless Beef Ribeye Steaks, cut 1-inch thick,
1/4cupNantucket Pueblo Rub,
*New Canaan Farms Jalapeño BBQ Sauce, for basting,
1Sprinkle rub evenly over both sides of steaks; press to adhere. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Set steaks aside.
2Heat charcoal 30 minutes until covered with a light layer of gray ash, or heat gas grill on High 10 minutes with lid closed.
3Grill steaks 4 inches above Medium heat (375 degrees grill surface temperature) 4 to 7 minutes per side. Baste cooked side of steaks with sauce after turning.
4Remove from grill when steaks reach an internal temperature of 140 degrees to 155 degrees for Medium-Rare to Medium doneness. Let stand 3 minutes and serve.
