2lamb center leg steaks or 4 boneless top round steaks,
1cupchicken stock or bouillon,
2tablespoonfresh lime juice,
1Combine marinade ingredients.
2Set aside some marinade for basting during grilling.
3Use remainder to marinate steaks 2 to 24 hours in refrigerator.
4Remove from marinade and grill steaks over moderate coals 5 to 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
