1poundlean ground beef,
1cuplarge onion, chopped,
1medium tomato, sliced,
3/4cupshredded cheddar cheese or process American cheese (3 ounces),
1Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray pie plate, 9 x1 1/4 inches, with cooking spray. Cook beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring with heatproof spatula or spoon to break beef into small pieces. Cook until beef is brown; drain beef and onion in colander. Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2Stir Bisquick, milk and eggs in medium bowl, using fork, until blended. Pour into plate.
3Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomato slices. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 to 8 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
