1tablespoonHill Country Fare Canola Oil,

1Prepare the instant long-grain rice according to package directions; cool and set aside. Prepare charcoal or gass grill for cooking (375 degrees F).
2Grill steak 8 minutes per side, basting with 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce as it cooks. Remove from grill and cool 10 minutes. Thin-slice the meat and set aside.
3Combine remaining 1/2 cup of the H-E-B Barbecue Sauce with the oil; set aside.
4Combine cooked rice, sliced beef, peppers, onions,and sauce in a large salad bowl; toss to coat
