1cupH-E-B Mayonaise, regular or reduced fat,

1cupcrumbled blue cheese,
1tomato, diced small,
1Heat steaks according to package instructions to desired doneness.
2In a bowl combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, and dressing mix. Season with garlic powder and pepper.
3Remove core from lettuce and slice into wedges. Rinse and pat dry.
4Slice hot steak into thin strips.
5Place lettuce wedge on a plate and spoon dressing over lettuce. Top each salad with blue cheese crumbles and diced tomatoes. Serve with hot steak.
