6Hill Country Fare boneless, Chicken Breasts,
1/2cupvegetable or olive oil,
1/4cupchopped white onions,
1 tsp.ground ginger,
1/8teaspoonground red pepper,
1In a large non-metallic container, mix together soy sauce, water, oil, onion, sesame seeds, sugar, ginger, garlic and red pepper.
2Reserve 1/4 cup for basting.
3Add chicken to marinade, cover tightly and refrigerate at least 12 hours, turning occasionally.
4Remove chicken from marinade.
5Grill chicken until done, basting with reserved marinade every 15 minutes.
