1poundBeef Center-Cut Top Sirloin Steak, cut 3/4-inch thick,

1tablespoonolive oil,


1/2cup plus 2 tablespoons beef broth,

1/4cupTerra Sol Citrus & Spice Steak Sauce,

1/2cupfancy shredded sharp cheddar cheese,

*cilantro sprigs or chopped green onions, for garnish,


1Season both sides of steak with salt and pepper.

2Heat oil in a large skillet over Medium-High heat. Brown steak 2 to 3 minutes per side. Reduce heat to Medium and cook 5 more minutes. Remove to a plate and cover to keep warm.

3Add 1/2 cup broth to same skillet; scrape up and stir in any browned bits left in bottom of skillet. Cook 3 minutes or until reduced slightly. Dissolve cornstarch in 2 tablespoons broth. Stir steak sauce and cornstarch solution into skillet; heat and stir to blend and thicken. Remove skillet from heat.

4Cut steak into 4 portions. Pour sauce over steaks; sprinkle with cheese and top with cilantro or green onions. Serve immediately.
