3H-E-B Fully Cooked® Fully Fit™ Chicken Breasts, thawed,
1can (15.5 oz.)Hill Country Fare Black Beans, rinsed and drained,
1can (14.5 oz.)H-E-B Mexican Style Diced Tomatoes, drained,
1package (18 ct.)H-E-B Taco Shells,
1bag (8 oz.)H-E-B Fresher Lasting® Avocado Chunks, chopped,
1cupH-E-B Queso Asadero, shredded,
1Thin slice the chicken breast and set aside.
2Heat skillet over high heat for 1 minute. Spray hot skillet with olive oil no-stick spray. Add sliced chicken, drained and rinsed beans, and diced tomatoes. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.
3Heat taco shells according to package instructions.
4Fill each shell with 1/4 cup chicken mixture. Top each with 1 tablespoon chopped avocado and shredded cheese.
