1 1/2cupsChopped H-E-B fully cooked® chicken fajita strips,

1cupH-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® pico de gallo, mild medium or hot,

1/4 cupChopped cilantro,

*Salt and pepper,

*H-E-B deli entertainer crackers any variety,


1Combine sour cream, chicken fajita strips, pico de gallo and cilantro in a food processor bowl and process for 15 seconds into a chunky texture.

2Season with salt and pepper to taste if desired.

3Use a "Dip and Chip" plate to serve the dip and crackers
