2 lbs.boneless H-E-B Natural Chicken Breast,* cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces,
1/2fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces,
1red onion, peeled and cut into 4 wedges, layers separated,
2 red, yellow, or green bell peppers, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces,
1/4 cupeach: H-E-B Orange Juice, olive oil, and chopped cilantro,
1/2teaspoonCentral Market™ Organics Cayenne Pepper,
8metal or water-soaked bamboo skewers,
1Combine chicken, pineapple, onion, bell peppers, orange juice, olive oil, chopped cilantro, and cayenne pepper in a large zipper bag. Seal bag and turn over several times to blend ingredients. Marinate chicken in refrigerator for 30 minutes or until ready to grill.
2Thread the 8 skewers with pineapple,chicken, onion, and pepper pieces; repeat order two or three times, depending on length of skewers. Cover kabobs with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to grill.
3Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F). Grill kabobs 8 to 10 minutes per side, until chicken is cooked through(juices run clear).*You can also use 2 lbs. of boneless pork, firm fish filets like tuna or snapper, or seafood like shrimp and scallops.
