*Texas on the Plate Whiskey 'n' Peaches BBQ Sauce,
2tablespoonsMorton & Bassett Chili Powder,
1tablespoonDomino Brown Sugar,
2teaspoonsMorton & Bassett Ground Cumin,
2teaspoonsMorton & Bassett Coriander,
2teaspoonsMorton & Bassett Ground Cinnamon,
2teaspoonsAlessi Sea Salt,
1teaspoonHill Country Fare Ground Black Pepper,
1Heat charcoal 40 minutes until covered with a light layer of gray ash or heat gas grill on High 10 minutes with lid closed.
2Combine seasoning mixture; sprinkle over both sides of ribs and set aside.
3Place ribs on grill 4 inches from heat source and brown each side 2 to 4 minutes. Baste ribs with BBQ sauce after browning, and then cook ribs over Medium-Low heat (325 degrees F grill surface temperature) 35 minutes with grill lid closed. Baste ribs and turn twice during cooking.
4Remove ribs from grill when center of thickest part of pork reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Serve ribs with additional BBQ sauce, if desired.
